Jake Lemens

Had knee pain for a while before coming in. Now it's actually fixed — not masked, handled. He takes the time to explain the why behind every exercise, which made it easy to stay on it at home. Knows his stuff and easy to work with. Also built this review app himself. Clean, no friction, way better than hunting down a Google link. Says a lot about how he works. Book it.

My therapist was Jake Lemens and I felt very confident in his assessment of my injury and the implementation of the treatment plan that he put together for me. I felt better even after the first treatment and continued to improve after each visit. Jake was very good at explaining what each exercise was for and demonstrated how to do each exercise the correct way. He was alsog good about checking in with me to make sure I could do the exercises properly and he asked frequently about my level of pain. Jake did a great job of helping me with managing the pain of my injury and providing the treatments that really helped me to get back to normal function.

I have had many PT sessions over the years and can honestly say Jake is the best there is! He is extremely knowledgeable and provides a great session based upon his very thorough assessments from the initial appointment as well as the during each session. He listens to what you say and will change the approach as needed to ensure appropriate measures are addressed and acted upon. He thinks outside the box for the best solution for the issue. As a patient, it's important to clearly articulate how you feel and any issues/pain being felt so he can change anything that needs to be addressed. He is always spot on to the ever-changing piriformis and sciatica issue I've had for months! And I'm from out of state!! Great experience all around and I'm very happy I found this company and Jake! (And no, he's not "Jake-from-State-Farm" 🤭 He's better!!!)
